  • What’s included in the rental fee?
    Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library
  • What is nonrefundable?
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
  • What must be paid upfront?
    Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
  • Is parking free?
    Concreted parking spaces next to the building are free, with a covered portico.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Balance must be paid more than 30 days in advance of the event to prevent losing your deposit.
  • What fees am I not thinking about?
    Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee.
  • Can I bring in outside vendors, such as caterers?"
    Yes, You can bring in outside and/or caterers.
  • What is your alcohol policy?
    We do not provide alcohol or bartenders.
  • Are furnishings and equipment available and, if so, are they included in the rental fee?"
    Tables, Chairs, Commercial Kitchen, and ice machine are included in the rental fee.
  • How early can we begin setup for our event?
    We may be able to provide an earlier setup depending on other events scheduled.
